Amanda concentrates her practice on the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. She also has extensive experience closing transactions for the purchase, sale and financing of commercial properties.
In addition, Amanda regularly advises small businesses and non-profit organizations on various corporate and strategic matters, including acquisitions and start up.
Prior to founding Gaul Law P.C., Amanda was an associate with Holiday Law Firm P.C., a boutique commercial real estate firm in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where she is currently Of Counsel. Prior to that, she was with Posternak, Blankstein & Lund LLP and Dechert LLP in their Boston offices.
Amanda lives in Rockland County, New York (west side of the New Tappan Zee/Mario Cuomo Bridge) with her labradoodle, Jackson. She loves being a hands on Aunt to her two (2) wonderful nephews. If she’s not in New York or Massachusetts, she can be found on the beach in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware or in Hawaii.
